Excellent location, spotless room, great amenities. Panos was fantastic, meeting us at the ferry and helping with suggestions on activities and dining. We loved our stay and wish we could’ve spent more time on Symi!

Owner pick us up at the port, brought our bags back to the port and they go above and beyond when my wife left the keys inside. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

If you’re thinking about booking this place, just do it.
Incredible place, great view and very comfortable. Room was super clean and well appointed. Panos was an excellent and friendly host without being intrusive. We visited in the early season and he gave us a free upgrade as the house wasn’t fully booked. He even lugged my pregnant wife’s suitcase up the stairs with charm and a smile. I can’t say enough good things to do this place justice.

Wonderfully Relaxing and Convenient!
Location was central, but it was a very quiet room. The balcony had a magnificent view. The room decor was tasteful and updated. Panos, the host/owner was extremely kind and helpful.

Thea is a beautiful, lovingly cared for boutique hotel. Its location is perfect and the view is incredible. We were happy to spend hours on the balcony watching the boats come and go from Symi's stunning harbor. Everything is of beautiful, high-quality from the bed linens to the bathroom fixtures, and kept spotlessly clean, too! Panos is amazing and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A very nice and caring host. A well appointed apartment with lovely views of Symi's harbor. Panos met us at the ferry and drove us both ways handling our heavy luggage with great cheer. The fridge in the room had the basics for breakfast. A quiet and enjoyable location on a one of a kind island. We will be back.
